Products and Samples

How do I place an order?

We are an open line manufacturer and that sells through distributors. For more information on your local sales rep, please email sales@cramerinc.com.

How can I get a chair sample?

Samples are determined on a case to case basis. Please email sales@cramerinc.com to request a sample.

How can I get a textile sample?

Please email sales@cramerinc.com to request a sample.

What is the current lead time?

Our standard lead time is 5-7 business days for less than 30 units. Lead times are subject to change. Please reach out to sales@cramerinc.com for current lead times.

Are there freight charges?

For part orders there is a freight charge that is determined by shipping zip code and weight. For seating, a 4% surcharge is applied to the total net cost.

Product Assembly and Replacement Parts

How can I purchase replacement parts?

How to adjust your chair?

How does my chair ship?

Do you have CAD or Revit files for your products?

At this time, we have digital files available for our Helix and Citrus products. These are available on each product page under “3D Models”.
